Preparation and cooking

Let tortillas thaw overnight. Fluff tortillas without opening the package, holding in both hands and roll gently. Do not fluff tortillas when cold. Weak spots will appear, thus causing breakage. It is very important to keep the moisture in at all times. If the package is not fully used, wrap the remaining tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate them. To warm tortillas, place them on a pan, wrap lightly in aluminum foil to retain moisture and place in oven at 350F to 375F for 5 to 7 minutes.
