Walnut-brown with amber highlights at first sight, it takes on antique gold hues when diluted. Its aroma features intense and persistent toasted notes of caramelised sugar, dulce de leche, molasses, spicy liquorice, butter and milk. It tastes savoury and enveloping, intense and well balanced to the palate, with a persistent mineral aftertaste. It goes best with coffee, iced teas, milk and sodas.
