Amber yellow with ochre hues, it turns a pale straw yellow when diluted. Its aroma is intense and complex, with spicy notes of ginger, cinnamon, brioche and melted butter. It tastes fresh, intense and well balanced to the palate, with a persistent spicy aftertaste. Pair with coffee, sparkling wine, chocolate and beer. Combine with sparkling wine to create the Christmas Spritz or and with beer for two surprising cocktails, the Christmas SBritz and Apple Pie SBritz, which can also be made in a ZERO version with non-alcoholic beer.
