Walnut-coloured with orange highlights, it takes on dark caramel tones when diluted. Its aroma features intense and complex spicy notes of tea, ginger, cinnamon and cloves with grassy and vegetal evolutions. It tastes fresh, intense and well balanced to the palate, with a spicy and persistent aftertaste. At its best with coffee, iced tea, milk, sodas and wine. An essential ingredient for the Iced Latte Chai and Chai Grog recipes.
