Clear, bright and straw yellow with golden hues, it takes on a greenish yellow appearance when diluted. Its aroma is quite intense with notes of citron and hints of Sicilian citrus. It tastes fresh and well balanced to the palate, with a good citrus aftertaste. Ideal with bitters, clear spirits and beer. An unrivalled classic Italian drink, simply diluted with soda.
